Latin is an incantation, a spell.

French is poetry, in an endless circle.

German is a seizure, controlled contempt.

Italian is a festival with fireworks.

Spanish is a pot of boiling water.

Japanese is softly falling snow.

Russian is a stack of large wooden blocks.

English is empty promises to children.
